I left Dunedin six years ago and opted to rent out my house, leaving it in the capable hands of Propertyscouts Dunedin. I had no complaints at all for the first few years, and the experience has been even more top-drawer since Donna Burns joined the team a few years ago. I've been expertly guided by the team in helping me with Healthy Homes requirements, as well as negotiating with the great tenants (which they found six years ago) when I had some kitchen renovations to do a couple of years ago. I'm about to sell my property, but in terms of stress-free property management that managed the needs of both the tenants and myself in a fair and equitable manner, I'd argue it's hard to go past Propertyscouts Dunedin.

We have used Propertyscouts over 5 years with several properties. We have found them friendly to deal with and very efficient. There are a lot of traps for Landlords, and while most tenants are great there are some that are very difficult. Propertyscouts have always been very professional with how they have dealt with all situations and given us great piece of mind.

They helped to find a property that suited us and fixed it all up from the previous tenants in a matter of days to make it liveable for us.
